Cob Under the Stars


Mayne Island is the home of Cob … a very old method of building with earth and straw or other fibers – not unlike adobe. Pat Henneberry is the master craftsman. This house is located on the McDougall’s farm – Deacon Vale- an organic farm. It is piece of art … inside pictures to follow one day. This evening was a party celebrating its completion. I found myself in the cow field taking time exposures … what else does a photographer do at a party. I will experiment with a HDR image, once I learn that technique.
