A tradition on Mayne Island – a community gathering around the colourfully lit pine tree adjacent to the bonfire – the evening air filled with christmas carols sang out of sink, as usual. (I know Christmas has passec, but I am getting images ready for next season)

very nice. We have large tree like that where I live that has ceremony when lit but no big bonfire like you have. Wish we could have nice big fire also. Nicely done well exposed.
