This C1917 tractor was taking part in the Grand Parade at the 2009 Steamfest at Sheffield, Tasmania. Sieve-Grip tractors were manufatured by the Samson Company of Stockton, California. These tractors were designed to be very low for work in orchards with the open nature of the three wheels giving the tractor its name. The Samson Company being quite successful was purchased by General Motors in 1919.
