A tribute to Rene Magritte who first created this wonderful concept

Since my own feet look as battered as my boots this was possibly my easiest creation so far.

I have to laugh since this image is not accepted into Self as other.
Their heading description reads
“Self as Other 2/24
For people who use themselves as models, either for self-portraiture or for more conceptual imagery.”

This is both my foot (the bane of my life) and my boot.
But hey ho what do I know about self portraits and concepts.
Obviously the word SELF PORTRAIT was not in the heading so it must not be a self portrait. Lets all call pictures with a blue sky “Picture with a blue sky” just for the visually blind to metaphors.
