heavenly hands

heavenly hands

Sometimes an image must be driven
other times they drive themselves
such is true of this image
I did what I was told

Based originally on my beautiful daughters own hands.

I maybe wrong but I feel I am under going some form of spiritual evolution.

I do hope you get the same feeling I do when you look at this piece
.

This was created from 4 layers of my daughters masked hands

Two background layers. One with the grass and the other with the sky.
The grass has a gaussin blur applied to it.

nice shot, great colour tones and contrasts – but my personal preference is for the darker stuff, not that it should matter a shit to you, or me, or anyone, or…

    Hi…
just take a llok at this here

All started with another one of Daniella´s….I invited her to thinkkk.. how that arm-hand could be thought not as heavenly but as a sort of “white life-death-life” emerging from the soil… having been nurtured… recreated by earth… after arriving to the dissolution of the former being..And then… that is what she did…
I know it is not the same thing… the mood, the intention, but it calls my attention to the fact of different persons having a view….
And that this view implies a sort of spiritual evolution.
If you see the Tarot card… “The Death”... which in reality is the “Arcane without Name”....you can see that after or while passing this figure…. there are lot of hands, and heads and other lims emerging from dark soil. Re-generation.
Oh… I love your picture… for many will seems creepy…. yes… but for me has a lot of spiritual meaning, and not dettached from the flesh of our own…

Wonderful and inspiring again many thanks for your comments and insight.
I produced this image whilst my mother in law was terminally ill in hospital and found myself driven to create this image which is as you state from my own flesh, since the hands are my daughters own hands.

  • ToastedGhost replied

Thank you, my mother in law was terminally ill at the time and I was inspired to create this image, so to me yes it is a gateway
