the only caution would be rising blood pressure, unless you are taking MAO inhibitors – then don’t use at all!
Good amino acid to lift mood and energy, no matter what the cause. It is also used for pain relief, appetite control, melanoma and jet lag.
If you are a PKU baby, it is also not recommended as it’s an inability to metabolize phenylalinine.
