Shaving My Hair Off
Hey everyone,
Just letting you all know I’m shaving all the hair off my head for The Worlds Greatest Shave – March 14, 2009 – It raises money for the Leukaemia Foundation, to help find a cure for leukaemia.
I’m looking for sponsors, to help me raise money for them. I’m sponsoring myself $50, & 1 of my friends has sponsored me $50, but I hope to raise more $ than that, but I don’t know many people.
Please help out. I’d like to raise at least $500 – preferably more, as I have been growing my hair for 5years, to go in this great event, so it will be long enough to give to a wigmaker, to help make a wig for cancer patients.

Hi tmac,
I’m currently in my second year battle with Leukaemia, having faced death 3 times and not suppose to be here. Had a bone marrow transplant earlier this year which has gone well. Another year or so of uncertainty before doctors are willing to use the”cured” word.
Good on you for supporting this cause,not many years ago AML was certain death, but the majority still die from this killer disease and no one knows what causes it…I have been watching people constantly die all around me during these last 2 years of treatment.
