    Okay! Now for that tale I wanted to tell you! On October the first I was out for my usual late afternoon walk when I suddenly noticed an unusual formation of clouds above me. They were bright pink and splayed out against the sky like giant hands!
    I was so stunned at the power and beauty of it all that I just stood still and stared for a moment. As you can guess, at that time I was getting very worried about Jessie and the baby and I really felt it to be a sign! I searched in my bag for my camera but it was probably the only day I had forgotten it! I raced home as fast as I could but by the time I got there the formation had gone. Our house was full of visitors and they were all out the back with my husband preparing a BBQ but none had noticed what I could only describe as the skies hands.
    I inexpertly tried to paint what I saw and I wrote a poem to honour the moment. I wasn’t going to post it, but I think I will now.
    So, a long story short, your photograph brought that moment back to my mind so clearly!! Is this a sign that two sisters across the ocean are receiving the same signs of hope and wonder in the beauty of nature?
    I like to think so! :)
