My dear friend Lucindawind wrote an amazing plea today abot the plight of US Wild Horses, and the proposed euthanizing of thousands of these amazing creatures.
This creation is in response to her plea, in support, as I have been writing, fighting and crying over this issue for years…

    awwww this is stunning … the plight of the horses has made me very sad and knowing I cant do anything that will help is an awful feeling … I just cant understand why they dont just let them roam like they are supposed to be doing .. theres lots of free land to do so … why do they have to corral them and then say they cant feed , take care ,or sell ,or whatever !! they are WILD ..let them be wild !!

    personally, I feel a totally different agenda – I agree with you, doesn’t make any more sense than killing off all the buffalo, the wolves or any other animal that’s in the way of “progress”...
    You are by no means “helpless”, that you cared and spoke out, brings more awareness and appreciation for their place in our world and through all the chaos – that’s more than most offer…;)

    as for the plight of these beautiful wild creatures I fear if we don’t continually speak up and put our money where our mouth is the worst will happen .. even here in wyoming where they do run wild many people just think they’re a nuisance and that there are too many of them … and the way the adoption process has been going for years oh that’s another travesty …

    I have no money so all I can do is yell and pray for their spirits!!
