Stress
I have so much of
This thing called stress
Even through love
I look in the mirror
Gaze into my deep blue eyes
What I see
Is not a surprise
People don’t know
What my purpose is
Leading, correcting this world
Something rightfully His
He handed it over
To His child to be
All these hidden fates
For His child is me
The weight of all
Rest upon my shoulders
You’re not able to see or feel
Nor understand these boulders
The rocks I carry
Heavier than the universe
I wonder when
This stress will disperse
You may think of me as crazy
Maybe a little strange
To have this agenda
Is far out of your range
He blessed and granted me
His honorable strength
These times need
Someone to take them at length
That’s why I’m here
To resurface and redesign
Make things better
Take and refine
This is my reality
You can never believe
Blessed with His honor
His trust you would deceive
