From Dusk to Doom
To feel the calm before the storm can be draining. This storm is different. For most storms, there are ways around it. One can survive. This storm, there are no places to run. There are no evacuations. Nothing can truly prepare you for the calamities to come. Most victims of this storm will not see it coming. It is hard to witness. It is even harder knowing ahead of time. To know the formations and motions of the clouds; to see the maelstrom, brings a deafening silence. Watching it consume entities one by one, there are no other choices, but to close their eyes and wake up on the other side. The trouble is… I don’t want to close my eyes.
