Lol. I was fortunate enough to live in downtown Houston across from a garage where the Art Cars were housed. I just loved it when they came out for a drive or parade. Completely wacky. I came a hair from turning an old Mercedes of mine into an Art Car.
I admire his courage to express himself.

I had poetic (crazy) lady nearby in north carolina usa, with 100 heads of dolls on the roof of her car
kids were scared.
