Marina di Montalto di Castro, Italy
Workflow in my blog: http://marcoborzacconiphotos.wordpress.com
An october morning, to take advantage of waking up soon for watching the only sport events I follow (Formula 1, to be precise), I decided to take some shots to the artificial land bridge sited in my hometown using a light I never explored before, given I never free up before the afternoon.
The wind was optimal, it created waves that pile up, and flow carved a deep drop in the foreshore, and it deposited a little formation of seaweeds in a corner.
The sky had interesting clouds, and the light warmed up the tuff blocks in a fascinating look.
I took around 300 photos in a few minutes, looking for to freeze interesting waves, trying various shutter speed and compositions, I went from istantaneous freezing of the waves to the silk water effect.
This is one of the results.
