A SUIR THING
The River Suir runs about a quarter of a mile from my home, eventually it becomes a big waterway with a fishing fleet and ocean liners regularly using its lower reaches. Around my part of the world it is a little more sedate.
This picture was taken on a very cold November morning between hail showers, the light was just right for about five minutes, I had a camera in my car and a quick walk along the river bank bagged this shot. If you are ever passing through and would like to repeat this picture, it’s from the northern bank by the old bridge in the village of Golden.
