This is a picture of the world’s oldest railway station, in Manchester UK.
Manchester is famous for wet weather and this picture taken in May 2007 which was wet and cold in the North of England. It was shot on a Fuji S602, my travel camera. The sky was reflected in the left hand side of the Hlton Hotel and the tall bulding appeared to float into the cloud scape.
A good deal of dodging and burning was needed to bring out the Victorian architercture at the base of the picture.
The location is the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry if you ever want to repeat this shot.
