Born in Hamburg/Germany, I emigrated to Canada in 2002.

I love to work with brush, paint, oil pastels, Copic markers, paper and fabrics.
Oil pastels though are my favorite and chosen medium to express myself in and I use a mix of techniques and materials in my paintings.

My background as a professional photographer, my studies of graphic design and my joy for sewing influence my distinctive style in its elements.

I live in Port Moody, British Columbia near the sea with my family, cat and dog.
