Snowmobiling in deep powder requires that you throw your weight to make the sled go where you want it. In this shot, my father-in-law leans into a turn to cut through the powder.

    I shot this in the mountains high above Cooke City, MT. This area gets about 15’ of snow per year. Here, we were sledding through about two feet of new powder. It doesn’t get much better – unless, of course, you’re talking up-country Maui!
