Footscrayzy
This sign has fascinated me for many years. For as long as I can remember, it has always been edited by members of the public to read ‘Footscrayzy’. Every now and then the council come along and clean it off or replace the sign – then within a few weeks it appears again. Usually it’s handwritten, but now it seems that stencilling is quicker and easier than hand scribing.
