Tim, this is one of the prettiest “Spider Flowers”...or “Cleome’s” that I have EVER seen!!! The color and fullness is gorgeous!! Actually a lot of people grow them, and I have a lot of them this year. They are VERY prolific! If you plant one, you will have 100 next year! :) But this one is the most full and I have never seen one all one color before! Usually they will have 2 or 3 colors on them… A winner for sure!! Superb!! :)

Wow, I didn’t know that Elaine!! I thought it was wild, I found it near my house of stone image out in the middle of nowhere, they must of planted them many many years ago? I was wishing I had another lens with me at the time, I only had my 50-200mm and had to take the shot from about 20 feet away. It just stopped raining and if you look close you can see some rain drops still on the flower. Some of these flowers had some white color in them but this one was the one that caught my eye, So glad you like it and thanks for the wonderful comments!!!!
