Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, California. The light on the moss is what first attracted me to this scene. The leaf was an incredible bonus. Without it, the picture is fairly ordinary I think.

WOW,......stunning scene! The glowing moss so beautifully outlines the contours of the trees and branches! The lone Maple Leaf adds a lovely sense of time of the year and extra interest! Nicely composed with lovely contrasts! : )
