Fine tribute
In 1969 my father’s cinema closed down, the last independent cinema in the city. He chose “Doctor Who and the Daleks” and “Thunderbird are GO” for his 2 sons as his leaving present to us. I dearly miss Jon Pertwee since I grew up on Doctor Who.
The Weather Bears, great wholly creatures, terrified me, since my mum hung a great fur coat at the top of the banisters and I thought it was a Weather Bear!
