You legend, thanks for this! THe one thing I have noticed with Blurb (unsure if Lulu is the same) is that some books make a creaking noise when opening it – which seems cheap. How were your books to open – quiet or creaky?

Can’t say I notice much difference between them, both quiet.

Oh and – since you used Blurb’s complex book compilation software – they have upgraded it so that you can upload via a PDF file!

I will probably stick to using their software for now, I would need more training in Adobe InDesign or similar to do a proper job.
