This beautiful adult bald eagle is doing a flyby checking me out. Every time i come into it’s territory we go through this ritual and i love it! This was photographed near Waupaca, Wisconsin.
I don’t even know where to begin as what i do today goes back to my observations of my youth. I have always spent most of my free time in the outdoors, always in awe of nature and her mysteries. It is so exciting for me to be able to capture some of those exciting moments and share them with the rest of the world.I am always striving to be better at what i do and consider myself a student of the outdoors.

Nice shot. I am going out today with my friends 300mm 2.8 lens and 2xIII extender to watch the nesting pair. Wish me luck they cooperate.
