Notes on Diagram:
An electric generator whereby magnets or coils in RCII or RC1are in greatest point of magnetic pull or friction for less time. A magnetic stretch generator is created upon the ‘PASSOVER’ separation of angle whereby once electric charge is produced, at highest point of magnetic friction it is maintained via magnetic field stretch, hence the wedge shape placement and structure.
RCII could be ‘bearing-less’ magnetic or wheel.
SCI is clutch hub or a hub.
RCII could magnetically float vector ‘steer’ on SCI.
LFEG could also be used to capture stray electric field in electric motors.
Ideally RCII would contain magnets vs. coils.
SBPH can be float space of plate connecting RCII to ‘A’.
Can be ‘inherent’ (Integral) in wheel structure.
All electric motors should capture and line emit stray magnetic fields.
Could Will work in counter-rotation.
RCII concentric rotates counterclockwise hence direction of motion is to left of page.
It looks fast.

A= Clutch axle.
SCI= Stationary Concentric located to centered A. SCI =RC1
SBPH= Space or B-Plate to Hub. B-Plate~= Bearing Plate.
RCII =Outer wheel structure.
