I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who voted for my image in the castle secrets competition. It is a great honour to have won given that there were so many super entries. A big thanks to Cat(Rinkydink) for hosting the group so well and for all her hard work in putting the competition together.I’m glad now that you stayed in and counted the votes!! ;-]

Well if the place is suddenly outdoes Loch Ness on the tourist run, we will know why Linda :-)

When I was there it was freezing cold & foggy & I just wish I had been brave enough to have ventured through the encroaching undergrowth to go inside…...........definitely a special “secret castle” & one that deserves to be on anyones visit wish-list
