when i lived in Glasgow in the 60s, it used to be at the top of the stairs, looking down on you as you walked up the stairs it had such an impact on me. x

Almost a metaphor for the checkered journey to god – for those religiously inclined. and just a plain lovely shot for those who are not

I’m drawn to the juxtaposition in this image … the diamonds on the floor make one feel a little cross eyed … which is contrasted nicely with the gentle curves of the arches. My eyes are drawn to the end … and what is it that I see? I feel like I’m walking down a hallway to my reckoning.
