Also because i’ve recently joined the “budget photographers” group I feel that it is important to say how you don’t have to be minted to express yourself. I edit everything with Gimp which is free software, I use free lighting (high 5 to the sun anyone) and I used in this case a window ledge, jewellery box and a book as a tripod.

    i’m really glad i made you laugh, that was the main aim of this piece basically, to get people giggling, it made me giggle so that was my objective achieved. The fact that it has brought laughter to other people in the world just amazes me :-) I’m hoping now that i can get people laughing with me rather than at me :p

    Also A big “YO!” to your description… I love this “budget photographer” concept (I remember snapping at night with my compact, using a magazine kept rolled by my belt as a tripod)...

    haha thanks, you did put a huge smile on my face when i read this this morning. Budget photographer ftw, someone has lent me their tripod now but i still harck back to the books every now and again.
    New stuff will be on it’s way soon, i have noticed that i am lacking in the new stuff department…. It’s almost been an entire 2 weeks!

    but then i would feel like i am copying you, and that wouldn’t be very nice
    and i know what you mean by budget photographer
    but my tripod is a window ledge, incense burner, colored pencil holder thing, and a box thing
    it tends to fall over a lot:)
