I saw this from the car as I was passing. I stopped, expecting it to fly away as they are very timid birds but this one had at least one chick and wasn’t going to leave it. I got a few fuzzy snaps of the chick just from the road. The mother was calling and calling but the chick just didn’t want to stop playing.

Nice shot. I just bought myself the same camera, and although it feels chintzy after using DSLR, I rather like it. I think for a point and shoot the quality of the photos is great and yes…LOVE the zoom!
