I’m Amy Ingram and I live in Australia. I have been doing digital art for approximately two years.. I use mixed media .. basically I do photo manipulations and I use other photo’s as references which I paint digitally .. mainly facework of the subject and animals that you see in my artwork .. sometimes clothing ..
A piece can take me from anywhere upwards of 5 to 20 hours depending on the detail involved.
I am married to a wonderful, loving guy called Colin .. he came out from the UK all the way to Australia just to be with me .. I love him very much .. and we are the proud parents to 3 furry and 2 finned kids .. we have a chihuahua called Chelsea .. she’s the old lady of the house .. a yorkie x called Phoebe and a jack russell named Mookie .. and we have two siamese fighting fish called Cheech and Chong ..
I am fascinated by the circus .. and I also love anything mysterious .. I love artwork which depicts strange characters in top-hats .. vintage umbrellas .. doe-eyed doll-faced subjects .. owls and cupcakes … which is often evident in my art.
I am also a self-confessed Alice in Wonderland junkie ..
