Artist's Description

A photo taken during me and Aisha D’s random photoshoot, Which basically started by us walking pass a pile of junk on the street waiting to be thrown out that consists of an old 1970s TV, a broken table, and a worn out couch. So we rushed home, took the camera and went back out again.

The meaning behind it is we as the public are exposed to so much television, with tv series, advertising, news, and People tend to get soaked up in all this information. For example many individuals wear products that were advertised by the media that we start to become a walking advertisement.

I edited the colors to look like a vintage 1970 photograph to fit the age of the television itself.
