Joy
Continuing the experiment of affixing things to the wall of my studio. I painted a design on the piece of paper for the corner and hung it. Then added in other elements of the process. Of course, I had to integrate a candy bar wrapper again.

this reminds me of when my son would take a styrofoam soda cup and pin it at an angle on a wall. Then he would pose a friend in with it in such a way that it looked like the cup was levitating. It’s funny how inspirational walls can be. A blank wall is like an in your face challenge to do something with it…like a fresh tablet of paper. My walls at home have cats, cranes and such on them. My bedroom has an abandoned stone building on all four walls with birds and cats and snow and thunderclouds…depending on which way you face. Now…if I had your talent and precision I’d worry about getting sued when someone tried to walk through the painted door.

Thanks Gail. It was nice to have a painting work for Alphabet. . . felt a little bit like I’d gotten a painting that worked for an episode of Sesame Street. LOL!
