Rosa always its good to hear from you and hear what good things you have to say, this drawing I sort of pulled out of the cobwebs it was done ten years ago and I almost sold it but kept it for my private collection, I thought I would bring it out. I will read your comment again and thanks again.

Your world of childhood..
Your special place of merriment and soul growing.
You seem very much attached to the objects that were faithful companions in those days.
And they are a source for creativity and love.
But here… somehow…itnevokes some sort of fear.
The way you edoress a sort of storm…with bolts and thunder…the way you have place a sort of missile ready to be lauched… or could be an starship.. ready to flyght from here.
The face… a saucepan with fried eggs and bacon, so surrealistic and it means the nurturing effect of your senses.. specially your eyes…that can see… draw….. interpret the world around you and inside you.
Your vehicle … the “wheel of Fortune”.. and you are riding o the loose rope… which it means that you know about the unstability of things…but all the way.. you “ride” your soul and adapt your movements and equilibrium, trusting sensorially with our body-soul.
The artist must walk between intuition and sensoriality….the rest is technique…which is important…but not necessary for displaying the talent.
Rosa (it is a wonderful piece….much more to say about it)

An amazing piece ! So much detail and creativity ! The patience needed to create something that intricate blows my mind.
Thanks, this drawing is a few years old, I was doing all traditional media at the time and yes they took a lot of patience but the enjoyment of it is truly great.
