ALIEN ABDUCTION

I spent a summer in western Colorado quite a few years ago and remember a town called Alamosa, when you drove into town there was a big banner sign across the road that said Alamosa Flying Saucer Capital of the World, Home of Snippy the Horse.

Snippy the horse made world-wide history on September 7, 1967 when she became the first reported case of “Unexplained Animal Death” just 20 miles from Alamosa, CO at the foot of Mt. Blanca in the San Luis Valley.
Snippy’s body was found with her skin and flesh “surgically” cut away from the shoulders to the tip of her nose with no visible tracks or blood found on the ground near the body. The heart and brain were missing from the carcass, and a formaldehyde-like odor was reportedly emitted from the animal for several days after her discovery. There were also reports of abnormal radiation at the scene.

At the time Snippy’s owner said she was positive that extraterrestrials were responsible for horse’s death. Many community residents, and even a Superior Court Judge, reported seeing UFO’s at the time.

Great abducted party of “Gone with the…...Alien” story….
Atmosphere of awe and specially a human quality for the car… that is shinning with such personality that the same Spielgber could not have emulated.
And that ladies… keep og gossiping.
Rosa (it is full of humour and…richness of imagination. Snippy is so stiff….that it is seems made out of wood….poor one!)

  • Larry Butterworth replied

Thanks Rosa, always a great comment from you, always appreciate your support, Beat Regards
