Artist's Description

Oh no I have it bad, please shoot me, I hope it isn’t contageous. arrrgh.

What a fool I have become,
My head spins,
My heart beats louder and faster,
Drowning out the thoughts,
Making me unable to concentrate.
I am overly sensitive,
to every movement and sound,
That you make.
When apart my body quakes,
At the thought of being near you.
Then when we meet,
My body shakes and
I loose my nerve.
I could just
Reach out and touch you
But that is not done.
I have lost my cool,
What a fool.
And if you knew,
You too would agree,
But I can not even,
Look you in the eye,
What would I spy?
I want to hide.
But then
I would miss,
your sweet face,
Your friendly smile.
I can not go on this way,
But what will I say?
I can not just leave the scene,
Like a drama queen,
I must tough it out,
And resume my cool,
Don’t be a fool.
I must forget my lust,
In you I must trust,
What can you do to me
That I have not already survived?
It is not a crime
If my tongue is tied,
Or I start to blush,
What a rush.
Again my head spins,
My heart beats louder and faster,
Drowning out the thoughts,
Making me unable to concentrate.
What a fool love makes of us.
