Pop Art Face
I decided to make a little pop art experiment. What I had in mind when I was working on this one was the fact how people admire one kind of art from afar, but in the end decide to put something completely different on the walls of their living space. This is my attempt on the wall art in the literal sense- something that somebody (in spite of being a Picasso or Van Gogh fan) will eventually put on their living room wall.
At first I thought it was overly simple compared to what I normally do, but somehow it grew on me.
Pop Art Face belongs to the following groups:
! ☠ Gothic Skull Fire ☠ !, Designers United, EMI - The Group, Pathway to the Soul (2 in 24hrs) and Pop Art Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

Now this is definitely something I could see on a wall…..Fantastic work!

Thanks for your kind words :) I don’t use this style very often, I just thought I should try myself and prove I can do it. But I like this one, so I may create a few more pieces in this manner. The texture I used on this one is something I only used in this piece. And, yes, Andy Warhol and Pop Art in general was my main inspiration for this piece.
Take care,
