Based up in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland among some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK if not the world. (although originally an East Coaster from Banff)

I photograph what I see – anything goes – literally!

I enjoy shooting scenery in Scotland, local live bands and festivals. Every now and again I think Ive taken a ‘blinder’

Owned a DSLR for almost a year and getting into the photography/editing side of things on a hobby basis.

Nowadays Im using a Nikon D40 with Nikkor 18-55mm kit lens and a Tamron 70 – 300mm but ironically (is it?) my first featured shot was taken with a Pentax Optio 330rs about 6 years ago !

A lot of my stuff is hit-and-hope but Im taking less and less shots to get the required one as time goes on…..honest !
