In taking this shot of some of the dancers from the Danish Royal Ballet, I stood on the theater floor with my camera lens right up to and on level with the stage floor,enabling me to get some good action close ups of the performing ballet dancers.
Taken with a Nikon D700 and a 70-200mm, 2.8 lens in August 2011
The title of the shot is influenced by the song of the same name, written by James A. Bland in 1879.
