Rocky Mountain Columbine

One of my favorite flowers, shown here in all its summer glory.
I love these flowers because they are so rare and delicate. They also don’t last very long – one or two days at the most. I found these in Colorado’s Winter Park. They were in a ditch, and I suffered many scratches and bug bites to get pictures of them – everyone thought I was crazy. :)
