Taken from John 16:20. That verse was ringing in my head as I took this picture. I was especially fascinated by the texture on the deadhead there. (Obviously I am not much of a gardener – I am pretty sure I’m supposed to take those things off.)

yes.. some phrases from the memory come to mind when one takes a photo. Yes.. dead head those after you are finished.. as that can bring new blossums and save some energy for the plant. Funny how the dead heads are tall and standing while the color is down and out. Feels like Cinderella and her two mop head sisters.
