A tree today for children to climb.Cling to today, tomorrow it may fall.Fleeting innocence of childhood so delights.Let it grow now, help it grow forever.Don’t be afraid, we’ll help you down. Our tree, our tree of change…

Wonderful – looks like the photo version of my picture! Must be a pretty common phenomenon for kiddies everywhere :)
As a mother of five, this my house all summer long and I LOVE it!!! The bright yellow Summer sun and the smiling faces are just beautiful!
I wonder how many kids climb trees now – a magical pastime…
beautiful joyful imagination, and poetry too, well done
Thank you – it was a joy to draw :)

I’m glad you enjoyed it! Childhood innocence is fantastic to capture.
Many thanks :)
this is wonderful…….we had our tree get diseased and had to take it down….the one that all the grandkids remember climbing in…..harder that we though…..beautiful rendition of childhood and the love a tree can give
The image is really resonating with people’s childhoods – I may have to explore this idea further in my art – thank you for your comment..
