i have been noticing with all my critter photo taking missions that critters of all types have these diamond and saphire , ruby looking things on their heads i wonder what they are

lol i he feeds on herbs or the bugs that live on herbs though the herbs went missing so not sure what he will eat now but thx for that champ

awkwardly when ya shake like a rattlers tail lol
but yeah i use a nikon slr d300 but the secret is the lens nikon 105mm micro lens with vibration reduction and a 2x glass filter blew me away first time pearing through that lens

no worries mate the nikon d90 is a great slr though around a grand and the nikon 105vr lens can be got on ebay for $ 850 in good nick but be carefull
i actually have the non vr vibration reduction ` version as well of the same lens takes better images but no good for shaky hands like mine but id let it go $ 500 posted if your keen though the vr model is great for sharper images
