Tarn Hows is a beauty spot in the Lake District of England. It was bequeathed to the National Trust by Beatrix Potter, of Peter Rabbit fame and lies about 1.5miles from Hawkshead. Surrounded by the mountains and fells of the Lake District it is a hugely popular tourist attraction.
This shot was taken in the early evening on a rare, beautiful day in October and really captures the beautiful autumnal colours.
