Thanks Ursula.. I was soaked up to mid thigh at this point. :) We were staying at Whisky Cottage just up the road from the visitors center. We went out the back of the cottage and saw this amazing sunset so we drove down to the center. We ran down the hill and through that tall grass to get to this light as fast as we could. It was a fun evening.

Oh I can SO relate to that! Chasing sunsets! I remember running up a hill in the Peak District in England to try and catch a sunset shot :) This shot of yours was definitely worth the effort!

It was breathtaking. I’ll have to upload another shot from the same evening, see if people like it as much. It’s a little softer and more purple looking.
