I sit and wait
Does an angel contemplate my fate

The places where we go
When we’re grey and old
‘cos I’ve been told
That salvation lets their wings unfold
So when I’m lying in my bed
Thoughts running through my head

This was taken with a Canon 80-300 zoom lens . . . I got that lens in 1996 when I purchased my 1st SLR camera which was a Canon 100FN which is in the drawer collecting dust.

oh David you tickled me ~ we are all really just artists. When someone asked me at the wedding I shot Saturday so you shoot lots of weddings? I said NOPE in fact this is the first wedding I’ve been to in about six years (HA HA). I shoot retirements, Hockey and lifestyle and fun stuff. The mother of the grooms face was priceless. I then looked at her straight in the eye and said BUT I shoot from the heart and my husband is here and he MADE me shoot Hockey with him and if I can do that I can do anything. I call him the semi-pro (since he works full time for the Navy) and I play, play, play all day long with pictures, I am an artist. ~ You my dear are a wonderful photographer! ~ micki
