My First Spring Doe
This is my first long dialogue with a doe this spring. The ground is still frozen and some snow remains but she is ready to EAT, and yet she is in no hurry to turn away from the camera before I could get a decent shot of her beautiful figure. :)

Thank you! In my parts (Quebec, Ontario – Canada) we see mostly mule deer, occasionally we see white tailed but this is the “common” one. I love them just the same! :) Every time one of them stops and stares at me or one of them runs around with my dog River, I feel “special”. :)
