I am a photographer currently living and working in Arizona. Photography is something that, for me gives a certain sense of wonder every time I click the shutter. This wonder allows me to capture objects, scenes, passing moments that one what otherwise not notice or see in everyday life. It gives me a great feeling to show and reveal what the ordinary eye may not visualize. I work primarily in color and currently prefer digital photography, although nothing beats the charm of working in the darkroom. I also enjoy exploring experimental and alternative photographic processes such as Van-Dyke printing, Cyanotypes, Gum Arabic Prints and the like. Visual Memory Project partamente uno
My recent work attempts to arrive at a stream of conciousness-type theme. Each photo, while visually different from the others, deal with the concept of a split-second gaze that one would only remember if a photograph were to be taken.
