i like these things. my grandparents live at mildura where there is an awesome collection at woodsies gem shop. i saw you could buy slices of them at a pretty low price.
i have a few nice sliced ones mostly in blues and greens Sadly they are still in boxes (moved house) so i haven’t photographed them yet, i got most in lightening ridge and deepwater And yep they were a whole hell of a lot cheaper than any you find in the city
