Dancing with Angels in the fire light,
Unveiling my soul to a merciless flame.
Swaying to the savage drums of the night,
A hungry blaze consumes my sin and shame.
Whispering prayers into smoke and dust,
My body is drenched in sacred ground.
Granting enchanted spirits unyielding trust,
Barbaric drums continue to pound.
Cleansing the deepest valleys in my mind,
My thoughts are filled with faith and love.
Nothing impure will be left behind,
While heavenly spirits reign from above.

Thanks Lina…ya know…you were in the back of my mind the whole time writing this….I usually write the piece to go with the picture…this one was the other way around….I’m not how or why…but you were the inspiration for this one for sure!!

GREAT work! I use PSP myself (much more economical than PhotoShop and does pretty much the same thing). I love the feeling of immersion in this piece!
