Taken near Virginia City, Nevada (US)
Several years ago I was lucky enough to see a small herd of wild horses near the Mt St Helens wilderness in Washington. The mares and foals were timid, the stallions very protective, and there was always a tree between me and the shot I wanted. Last year I was again lucky, but this time in Nevada. However, these wild horses had a completely different attitude…that sort of…oh…kiss off sort of attitude. They seemed to be pretty used to people stopping to look at them, and they seemed to be totally bored with us, even to the point of just plain being rude!!! Raspberries from a HORSE?…I mean REALLY!!!!
