Located in Jack London Square in Oakland, California (USA), and yes, the slant of the bar is very real. I did not take this on an angle, and the floor is just as slanted as the bar. I nearly fell forward when I stepped down into the saloon. I’m not sure if they brought the saloon from Alaska, but they did bring part of the house that Jack London lived in while he was in Alaska. The tavern certainly looks like it should have been in Alaska and not in the city of Oakland!! Even though the bartender looks really serious, he was a very pleasant fellow!
